This was a day in January, Steve, Jenny, Ethan and I did the 5 mile West Cliff walk in Santa Cruz. It was a beautiful, sun shiney day.

Christmas 2009

Christmas 2009 was a lovely time. Jenny, Devan, Steve, James and I were joined by Layton and Erma for dinner. I made a really good turkey, dressing, mashed potatoes, veggies, yellow corn, salad and rolls. It was a really nice "Fern Dragush" dinner. She would have been proud of me!!

After the hussle and bussle of Christmas 2009, Steve, Kinser and I went to Rio Del Mar to walk today, Sunday, December 27, 2009. It was about 59 degrees there, a sweatshirt was comfy by the water. The waves were large, and crashing. Steve was glad he was not boogie boarding today, the waves would have crashed and pummeled him. A lot of people were on the beach walk today. What a wonderful area we live in to be able to enjoy the beach in December!!
